1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the ClimActo Academy website and any related programs, materials or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. About us

The Services are operated by ClimActo Sustainability Services LLP, Bengaluru, India ("ClimActo", "we", "us"). References to "Academy" refer to our training and accelerator programs.

3. Eligibility & enrolment

Enrolment in any program is subject to selection criteria, payment of applicable fees and acceptance of any program-specific terms communicated at the time of admission. We reserve the right to decline or revoke admission at our discretion.

4. Fees and payments

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Except where required by law or stated in a specific program policy, fees once paid are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Services — including course material, frameworks, case studies, recordings, logos and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to ClimActo and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the material solely for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, accessing them through unauthorised means, sharing your login credentials, or using them to harass other participants. Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

7. Disclaimers

The Services and any career or business outcomes referenced are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Programs are educational in nature and do not guarantee employment, certification recognition by third parties, or specific commercial results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClimActo's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
